Lunching Together

Today my son invited my daughter to lunch. It’s a ritual that’s been going on for several years. It’s one of John’s ways of showing Jenny his gratitude for the gift of her bone marrow when he was in the hospital with leukemia. That was nineteen years ago. Every day, we are all grateful for her love and generosity.

    Hi Nancy,

Life is wonderful, and this is the Holiday Season to celebrate it.

(There was a cute cartoon in today’s paper: between birth and death, THERE’S DONUTS!) I think if I had been writing it, it would have said CHOCOLATE — but maybe that’s beginning to be a cliche. At any rate, it’s up to the individual TO LIVE HIS OWN CHOCOLATE !

What a beautiful way to appreciate and celebrate. You may certainly give yourself some credit for your childrens’ wonderful ways. We love you….and your family! Ann & Dale
